Example10 Inductance of Helical Coil

  • The inductance of a helical coil is solved.
     

  • Instead of the full modeling practiced in Exercise 8, the loop coil modeling is used with the number of turns specified.
    The model with specified number of turns (bulk coil) will be effective for the coil with high number of turns (100s, 1000s)
     

  • The vectors of the magnetic field and the magnetic flux density are also solved.
     

  • Unless specified in the list below, the default conditions will be applied.
