Example 12: Uniform Temperature Boundary Condition

General
-
The [Uniform Temperature] boundary condition is studied.
-
The temperature distribution is even on the uniform temperature faces.
-
The topologies set with the [Uniform Temperature] boundary condition will have the same temperature if they bear the same name.
-
The temperature distribution and the heat flux vectors are solved.
-
Unless specified in the list below, the default conditions will be applied.

Model
Two square rods are positioned separately with their ends facing each other.
Those face topologies are set with the [Uniform Temperature] boundary condition, and both are named Hyper.

Results
The temperature distribution is shown below.

The temperatures of uniform temperature boundary conditions bearing the same name are supposed to be equal, even if they are set on the separate bodies.
The simulation results confirms that.
If the uniform temperature is deselected, the temperature distribution will look like below.

Each body reaches its own final temperature.
