Rectangle

Creates a rectangle (sheet body).

Procedure

There are 2 methods to create rectangles.

  • Method 1: By specifying length

  • Method 2: By specifying diagonal

Method 1 (Specify Length)

  1.  On the [Model] tab, go to and click [Sheet Body] .
    Click [Rectangle [Specify Length]] on the submenu.
     

 

 

  1. Click the place to set the startpoint on the modeling window.

    (Alternatively enter the coordinates in the parameter input dialog box, and click .)
     

  2. Click to set the width.

    (Alternatively enter the width in the parameter input dialog box, and click .)

 

 

 

 

  1. Click and set the height.

    (Alternatively enter the height in the parameter input dialog box, and click .)

  1. Right click to exit.

 

 

Method 2 (SpecifyDiagonal)

  1.  On the [Model] tab, go to and click [Sheet Body] .
    Click [Rectangle [Specify Diagonal]] on the submenu.
     

  

  1. Click the place to set the startpoint on the modeling window.

    (Alternatively enter the coordinates in the parameter input dialog box, and click .)

 

  1. Click and set the diagonal point.

    (Alternatively enter the coordinates in the parameter input dialog box, and click .)
