Specify the scale factor for the top face. It can be entered in the dialog or or by mouse as follows.
Step 1 for the mouse method: Specify a point to set the reference length. (The reference length is the distance between the reference point and the specified point.) Step 2 for the mouse method: Specify another point to set the scale factor length. (The scaled length is the distance between the reference point and the specified point.)
The scale factor is determined by the scaled length divided by the reference length. The scale factor is required to be more than +1.0e-8.
