Offset

Offset the selected face or edge topologies.

 

  • In the case of solid body, the face topology is offset if selected.

  • In the case of sheet body, the edge topology is offset if selected..

 

  • If solid body is selected, all of the face topologies are offset.

 

  • If sheet body is selected, all of the edge topologies are offset.

Procedure

  1. On the [Model] tab, go to



    and click and select Select Face on the submenu.
     

 

  1. On the [Model] tab, go to

    ,

    and click ▼ at the side of [Fillet] . Select [Offset] on the submenu.

    (Alternatively, right click the mouse. On the appearing menu, click [Offset])

 

  1. Select Face Topology to offset.

  1. Click in the parameter input dialog box.

  1. Enter the distance in the parameter input dialog box, and click .

    (Alternatively click and set the distance on the     modeling window.)
