Example 10: Inductance of Helical Coil (The Number of Turns Specified)

  • The inductance of a helical coil is solved.

  • In the analysis of the coil with a high number of turns such as 100 or 1000 turns,
a model with a specified number of turns (bulk coil) will be effective.

  • The vectors of the magnetic field and the magnetic flux density are also solved.

  • Unless specified in the list below, the default conditions will be applied.

  • Obtain this session's project file. (Right-click and choose 'Save link as')

  • Results will vary depending on Femtet version and the PC environment.
