Motor Rotation Analysis
Definition
The torque of motor's rotor is obtained in the static analysis of magnetic solver.
Torques are calculated at rotor's specified angles statically.
-
The dynamic magnetic field and induced current are not taken into account.
If these need to be taken into account, use the magnetic transient analysis.
Refer to [Magnetic Transient Analysis (Luvens, Transient Analysis of Motor)] for the details.
Features
For the specified angle steps of the rotor,
the simulation will be performed by evaluating the rotor bodies and the magnetizing directions of each step.
The current, if registered as a variable, can be set for each angle step.
How to Perform the Motor Rotation Analysis
See [How to Perform the Motor Rotation Analysis] for the detail.
