Charge Tab

The electric charge for the body is set on this tab.

The tab is displayed in the [Edit Body Attribute] dialog box. See [How to Set Body Attribute/Material Property] for details.

Charge Density

Specifies the charge density for the body.

Electric Charge

It is assumed that the electric charge is distributed evenly over the body.

The following should be noted:

If the electric charge boundary condition is applied to multiple bodies,
the electric charge is distributed to each body based on its volume.
If the vertex body is applied the same body attribute as the other types of bodies (wire, sheet, or solid),
the electric charge is not distributed properly.
Avoid specifying the electric charge if the vertex and other types of bodies belong to the same body attribute.
