Analysis

[Model] tab - [Analysis]

Analysis Space

Defines the analysis space.

See Analysis Space Setting for the detail.

Outer Boundary Condition

Sets the outer boundary condition.

See the detail.

Boundary Pair

Sets up the boundary condition pairs such as periodic boundary conditions.

See [Periodic Boundary Condition] and [Contact Pair] for the detail.

Field Superposition Setting
Sets the superposition of fields.

See the detail.

Analysis Condition

Sets up the analysis conditions.

See [How to Set the Analysis Condition]

and also [List of Analysis Condition Tabs].

List of Conditions

The settings of analysis condition, body attribute, material property and boundary condition are listed.

They can be checked and compared for multiple bodies or models at a glance.

See [List of Conditions] for more information.

Run Mesher/Solver
Runs the mesher and the solver.

Run Mesher
Runs the mesher only.

The meshing can be checked prior to running the solver.

Run Solver
Runs the solver only.

This command can follow the [Run Mesher] command.

Run Solver with Existing Meshes
Runs the solver with the existing meshes in the results file.

See [Run Solver with Existing Meshes].

Execute Parametric Analysis

Sets up the condition of parametric analysis and executes the analysis.

See [Parametric Analysis].

Run Mesher/Solver for Selected Projects

Executes the analyses for all the analysis models in the selected projects.

See [How to Use the Batch Execution Tool].

Run Mesher/Solver for All Projects

Executes the analyses for all the analysis models in all the opened projects.

See [How to Use the Batch Execution Tool].

Activate Batch Execution Tool

Activates the batch execution tool and opens the [Femtet Batch Simulation] dialog box.

See [How to Use the Batch Execution Tool].

Convergence of Adaptive Meshing

Opens the dialog box which shows how the meshing is converging.

See the detail.

Motor Rotation Analysis

Sets up the analysis condition of motor rotation analysis (magnetostatic analysis).

See Motor Rotation Analysis for the details.
