03.Set the Analysis Conditions
We set the analysis conditions.
Procedure
-
On the [Model] tab, go to
, and click [Analysis Condition] . The [Analysis Condition Setting] dialog will show up.
-
Select [Fluid Analysis "Bernuolli"] and [Thermal Analysis “Watt”] on the [Solver] tab.

-
Click the [Fluid-Thermal Analysis] tab. Confirm that [Analysis Type] is set to [Steady-state analysis], [Laminar Flow/Turbulent Flow] is set to [Turbulent Flow], [Flow Type] is set to [External Flow], and [Take into account buoyancy (Natural Convection)] is selected, and [Automatic Flow Domain Creation] is selected for the [Flow Type]. Click the detail button for [Layer Mesh Setting] to open the [Layer Mesh Setting] dialog box.
-
In this session, no further detailed settings are made for [Automatic Fluid Domain Creation]. Although a fluid material can be specified, the default material [000_Air] is applied.
-
In this session, no further detailed settings are made for [Ambient Value Setting]. Although the ambient temperature, the temperature outside the externally created fluid domain, can be specified, the default temperature of 25 [deg] is applied.

-
Enter 50 [deg] into [Expected Temperature Difference] and click . Then click to exit the [Analysis Condition Setting] dialog box.
The analysis conditions have been set. |
