1. On the [Model] tab, go to
   ,
   and click [Analysis Condition] .
   
   The [Analysis Condition Setting] dialog will show up.
   
   

2. Select [Electric analysis "Coulomb"] on the [Solver] tab.

3. Click the [Electric Analysis] tab.
   
   Confirm that [Analysis Type] is set to [Static analysis (Capacitance)].

4. Click the [Mesh] tab.
   
   
   [Set the general mesh size automatically]: OFF
   [General mesh size]: 2
   [Create ambient air automatically]: OFF
   and click.
    

5. The simulation accuracy varies depending on the mesh size and other settings.
   Details are described at [How to Optimize the Simulation Accuracy].
