This example analyzes pendulum oscillation in the stress-transient analysis.

Analysis Model
To analyze pendulum oscillation, perform the static analysis of a fully tilted pendulum to obtain the results, and then use the results to perform the import analysis with a transient analysis model.
Using the same approach, you can analyze the complex oscillation of two linked pendulums, while you must model the joint between them.


Result
The analysis of a single pendulum indicates that the calculated oscillating period matches the theoretical values closely.
The analysis of the two linked pendulums indicates that the complex oscillation of the pendulums can be calculated well.
